TPR Compound Pelletizing Plant Line is suitable for producing EVA,TPR,PVC ,PP/PE with CaCo3 filler masterbatch,color masterbatch, low smoke zero halogen (LSZH) cable materials,rubber granulation, etc. The production line combines materials high efficiency internal mixing&dispersion, conveying, feeding, extrusion granulation,air cooling conveying as a whole line,automated continuous operation, high effective production. Frequency converter is used to control the rate of granulation to meet the speed of each kind of material requirements and save power consumption. The production line is compact structure, occupies small space and can be installed on the flat ground. During production,the line adopts sub-loop temperature control.Dispersion kneader, feeder, extrusion machine have their own heating and cooling system, control their temperature according to process requirements. Feeding machine adopt double screw propeller shafts, with the feature of strong material feeding, especially suitable for extrusion and granulation of mixed compound directly from kneader. Barrel screw use 38CrMoAlA quality alloy steel, nit riding treatment, high hardness, wear resistance to corrosion. Machine head adopt hydraulic net changing structure, easy to operate. Electronic control system uses advanced PLC control technology,together installed with a couple of inverters,making the stages of mixing, feeding, extrusion, pelletizing and other devices with variable speed control in high accuracy according to the requirements of different compound.And the production line has the whole process concatenation , sound and light alarm functions, improving the reliability and safe operation. Granules pelletized from this line are with the features of beautiful appearance, fine texture, well distributed.
