The two roll silicone open mixing mill is specially developed for silicone mixing, the surface of the 2 rolls are chrome plating and mirror finishing treatment,so there won’t have the trouble of silicone stickness on the rolls. Besides the rolls, all other contact parts where contacts with the silicone materials are covered with stainless steel, ensuring no contamination for the silicone.



All the main components for the silicone mixing mill such as the rolls, reducer,bearings,motor and electric elements are top premium materials or brands are adopted, making sure the working performance is reliable and the service life is long enough.
